First of all OS1 is one of the least invasive pickups that can be installed on a guitar in the given price range. The cut is literally half of ones pinky finger!
Secondly it comes with the three built in effects that is Reverb, Chorus and Delay. Now these effects are not just something that comes out on your speaker or amp. You will get these effects from within the guitar thanks to the inclusion of the transducer speaker that fits inside the guitar.
The third cool thing is the inclusion of a Condenser mic that helps capture the air of the strings and even it pickups up the percussive elements in your guitar playing.
The fourth surprising element is that OS1 is Bluetooth enabled. That means you can play through your favorite tracks through the pickup without connecting it to an external amp / speaker / device. Amazing option for practice!
And last but not the least, its a rechargeable pickup that's given with the latest Type C cable. So forget worrying about changing batteries! Just carry your mobile adaptor or power bank along and you can charge the pickup on the go. Even a 30 minute charging sets you up easily for a performance.

Coming to how does it sound. From our opinion it sounds great! Even with the effects out of the picture, we feel the pickup gave true acoustic tone that will suit almost all guitar players. And with the effects in the game, the horizon just expands of how you can make your guitar sound. One thing I forgot to mention is that the Double OS1 is the only pickup among the other models that allows you to use three effects at once. There aren't much negatives to speak about than the fact that this pickup does not have an inbuilt tuner. However we think its a problem of the past as there are tuners are now absolutely cheap to get one and even if you do not want to, mobile apps are freely available on all platforms.
